Reuben was introduced to an overseer of the *School of Christ and he and Laci were invited to visit the *School of Christ in Accra where the Bishop was James Sekyere. After the visit in 2002, the *School of Christ announced the shutting down of the schools in West Africa. That is when it was laid upon Reuben to continue a similar type of program. He announced Mt. Calvary International Ministerial Fellowship in 2003 to the people in Accra, West Africa.
Since then, a mobile school was started and went on for a few years, but has now been placed on hold due to financial needs for building a permanent physicality for the school and to be able to hold classes and boarding for students,.
The congregation at Mt. Calvary Tabernacle, Williamson, Pa, purchased along with other public donations property in 2005 to place a permanent structure but presently we are in need of finances to continue this school vision.
Meanwhile, Reuben has started a Ministerial Fellowship. This Fellowship began with the vision of bringing together ministers of the Gospel who share the same goals, vision, and Gospel purpose. The Fellowship is to help those of like faith be encouraged who feel as though they have been abandoned by the church of compromise. Through the camaraderie of like faith to become the fighting force Jesus Christ intended us to be! Reube feels we were not born to die, but rather to be born to fulfill the calling that God alone has commissioned for us. God’s church is not a daycare center but a training ground for the greatest fighting force this universe has ever seen.
Presently there are approx 300-400 members now in the fellowship. We do have video of the property and below is a picture of a container that we would like to purchase and set up as an office until we receive the finances to build a permanent structure.
Please, if missions in Africa is intriguing to you, Pray and ask God to lay on your heart what you could do to help see this vision become a reality!! Below is also a flow chart of the structure our fellowship is made of. Any questions from the U.S.A. please either email at mtcalvary@embarqmail.com or call at 717-597-1149 or in Africa, email at sekyere2005@yahoo.com or call Bishop James Sekyere at 233242207913. Thank you for your visit and May God richly Bless you!
